Through a rigorous process involving Site Plan Control, Minor Variances, and an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal, approval was granted to replace the old structure with a modern 12-unit apartment building. The development has brought new, spacious living spaces with high end finishes to a neighbourhood experiencing rapid growth.
